Randy is an insightful, Sr engineering and business leader with a passion for emerging technologies and operational excellence. He has applied these traits as an Electrical Design Engineer, Applications Engineer, Sales & Marketing Director, and at the VP/GM & C-level starting up and managing businesses at the National and International levels.

Randy started his professional career in the defense industry where he designed imaging and secure communications electronics, and went on to develop business automation and networking systems.

Being fascinated with digital technologies, Randy shifted his career focus to the semiconductor industry where he worked as an applications engineer and product specialist, driving adoption of complex devices and systems across a wide range of industries and market segments.

Randy transitioned into sales management with the world's largest semiconductor company, leading US and Global account teams focused on the telecom, storage, and networking segments.

To further develop and broaden his experience, Randy moved into engineering services, directing sales the forefront of new product development. He was closely involved in semiconductor performance & power management, computer vision, AI, data security and related technologies that have enabled new classes of smart products for consumer, automotive, communications and Industry 4.0. 

Randy's community involvement includes leading an academic excellence committee at the Lewisville Independent School District, coaching youth soccer, and President of the Greater Lewisville Area Soccer Association

Randy holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa, augmented through numerous sales and business management programs including leadership development at Intel. In his leisure time he enjoys hiking, kayaking and cruising (big motorcycles).

   Sanjiv S. Gupta co-founded Irepa International with his wife, Izabela Repczynska in October 2017 in Santa Barbara, California.  The company was officially moved to Palm Springs, California in October 2018. 

Irepa International is a trusted IoT Consultancy, System Integrator & Value-Added Re-seller of Computers & Peripherals and IoT services  & Solutions to Federal, State, County & City Governments and the Private Sector. 

We provide IoT Consultancy services to help corporations maximize RoI as they transition to industry 4.0 environments, and our Market-Ready IoT Products, Solutions and Services ensure optimal operational efficiency & productivity in the digital transformation to intelligent autonomous automated operations. 

Sanjiv spent almost twenty years in growing Intel Corporation's mobile wireless business (Bluetooth, WiFi) with key mobile PC OEMs (Toshiba, SONY), consulting/evangelizing Intel's WiMAX, LTE, WiGig, and Peer to Peer technologies with key Telcos (Axtel, Cablevision) and ecosystem partners, and contributing to the building of Intel's revenue-generating IoT partner ecosystem comprised of ISVs (Independent Solution Vendors specialized in sensors, edge gateways, cloud, analytics, AI/ML and data-driven decision making), OSVs (Operating System Vendors), and IBVs (Independent BIOS Vendors). 

Prior to this, Sanjiv served in senior engineering and marketing roles at Texas Instruments, Cirrus Logic, and Rockwell. Sanjiv gained his leadership experience driving rapid industrial conversions using the latest IoT architectures to transform legacy industrial environments with disparate disconnected data to one of homologous holistic connected data.

Sanjiv was born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and grew up in Englewood, Colorado. He holds a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Colorado, Boulder and the University of Texas, Arlington, respectively.
